Okay so now I'm on my IPad but somehow I'll try and manage to get back onto the computer. And yes the local disc is the C-Drive. So what I did while I was on the computer was I went to the website, downloaded the panda file, THEN, I went to my libraries thing which is in my starter bar thing (it looks like a little folder, like those weird yellow ones), then I went to my C-Drive, and now I don't know what to do. Help

the video should explain everything, but here's some written instructions:
pretty much once you click the local disk, you click on the panda3d folder thing, then click on bin (it's the first option) then you scroll down until you find libpandaexpress.dll, right click it, press copy after that you can look up C:\ Program Files in the local disk search bar thing click on it, search for toontown rewritten in the search bar there click on the ttr folder thing and in the blank space next to all the little folder option things idek, right click and select paste you should be able to log in to ttr fine after that
these instructions might be a bit off, cuz i made them from memory LOOOOL and i completely suck at doing computer things i'm honestly so proud of myself for doing all of this go me
